I am an assistant professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Sharif University of Technology. My researches focus on algorithmic aspects of data-centric problems including Bioinformatics. I received my PhD in Bioinformatics from University of Tehran. I received my Master and Bachlor degree in Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
